He personally took a look at our car and even filled it up. Next, Jordan sent over Juan, to clean up the oil spill in our garage. Water pump left us stranded on I85. No sense of urgency (fortunately we were less than an hour from home). Repair was completed over a week later. Engine compartment was left uncleaned. And replacing the pump belt (which needs replacing) was going to be a separate charge) even though they had to remove it to replace the part. Customer service is okay but lacking given the cost of repairs.
After a month and half of looking for a new car and always coming back to Hyuandai of Anderson we finally made our decision to buy one! Each time we would come back Tori would smile and allow us time and answer our questions but never pressured us. She was so honest and knowledgeable and made our decision easier! I can’t say enough good things about her. Thank you Tori!

It landed at this service dept, where it stayed for around SIX months, where thank goodness our warranty paid to replace the entire engine (which should have been paid by Hyundai from the start). *Our warranty has paid over $20K on this car* Our son (a Clemson student), finally got it back and drove it home to Charleston.
